KATARZYNA KACKIEŁO

I discovered yoga in 2009 year when I referred to a book `Yoga for beginners’. At that time I was living in England with my boyfriend, looking for truth about me .Then I was struggling with bad eating and drinking habits. I was trying to help myself with my present. When I found that book I decided to take a risk and practise yoga 20 minutes every day. Then I was overweighed and I had a huge problem with diseases and lack of confidence. At the beginning I was struggling with time and I felt tension during stretches. After few sessions I found that I could stretch deeper and deeper. Yoga was causing changes in my lifestyle. I changed my diet to vegetarian and I felt lighter straight away. I was becoming more aware about my body and mind. I finally believed in my inner power and I decided to use it to help others with the same problems like me. I graduated yoga teacher training in Oxford and I got yoga teacher job straight away in a private yoga studio. I also worked as a manager, yoga teacher, life coach, nutrition adviser in a popular golf and spa studio. When I came back to Poland I opened my own yoga and massage studio. Me and my boyfriend organised yoga and food festival in 2013 which was a huge success. We managed to gather about 1000 people in one place during the event. That was great experience!

MACIEJ KOMOROWSKI

I came across yoga by accident in 2009 year, looking for a way to calm down and to relax my body. When I was in England I was trained by famous yoga teacher Steward Gilcherst. Thanks to yoga I was becoming more outgoing to others. I was helping people to find connection between mind and body. At that time I was working with young people with addiction in a prison and elderly in a care home. I found that our diet, lack of movement, addictions and our attitude to life have huge influence on our future decisions. So I decided to put everything on one card and I started self-realization programme. I felt that I took the control over my life. I graduated Classic Massage Studies in Oxford and Acupressure Studies in London. I was working as a masseur in a popular yoga studio and as a physiotherapist on part-time basis. During that time I finished few courses such us: Thai massage course and Herbalism course. Thanks to yoga I realized that everything in your life is possible if you dedicate time to self-realization and if you believe in yourself.
